There is something enchanting about the Phi Phi Islands. They capture everyone's imagination, probably because they come closest to the ideal image of paradise bays and beaches. The whimsically shaped small islands are so draped that they make for particularly photogenic locations.

The popularity of the Phi Phi islands received a huge boost when the world watched Leonardo DiCaprio discover this paradise in the film The Beach. Maya Bay, the representation of that beauty became a coveted Thai attraction.

What does this day look like? This morning we meet and greet you at your hotel in Krabi or Phuket. Your first stop will be at Monkey Beach on Phi Phi Don Island. Take in the beautiful scenery and enjoy feeding the local troop of monkeys.

We will continue to Loh Samah Bay at Phi Phi Leh. You will visit the 'Viking Cave' where swallow bird nests are collected to prepare the legendary bird’s nest soup, some believe to have magical powers. Afterwards you will explore Maya Bay. Inside this bay there are several beaches that got famous overnight due to the aforementioned blockbuster film.

To protect Maya Bay from pollution and damage, the bay is nowadays closed for a few months a year. So we may have to substitute Maya Bay for one of the other breathtaking bays on this tour. That's no trouble, because the area around Koh Phi Phi is not just Maya Bay, there is a lot to see and enjoy here.

After lunch there are a few more stops at the best snorkelling spots of the region: Hin Klang Island, Bamboo Island and Khai Nai Island. Afterwards, transfer to your hotel.
