During this 3-day tour you will sleep in 2 very special places in the most beautiful national park of Thailand, Khao Sok. You’ll spend the night in a tree house in the middle of the jungle and on a raft house on Cheow Lan Lake. A spectacular experience!
On the first day of 3 days you enjoy the flora and fauna of the national park. While tubing on the river you float on a rubber tire while enjoying the green surroundings. In the evening you can take a night safari where you will look for special insects, mammals and tropical plants. With a bit of luck you can see a snake, the special slow loris or even a leopard! You sleep in a unique location, namely in your own tree house! In the morning you are awakened by the twittering of birds and you hear a screaming monkey here and there.
After this you will continue on to Cheow Lan Lake. This breathtaking lake with rugged limestone rocks is one of the most beautiful places in Thailand. You sleep here on a raft house on the lake. Dive into the clear water, watch the sun sink behind the rocks and explore the beautiful surroundings with a longtail boat!
Khao Sok National Park is covered by one of the oldest tropical rain forests in the world and is crossed by impressive limestone rocks, clear streams, and waterfalls. After lunch, you will go tubing over the Klong Sok river. Tubing is floating on an air-filled inner tube on the stream of the river. Tubing on the then fast flowing Klong Sok River is a true sensation, especially during the monsoon season! You can also choose to go canoeing on the river instead of tubing.
After breakfast, you will leave your accommodation and be taken to Cheow Lan Lake. This lake is a beautiful place, surrounded by towering rocks and peppered with islands. The huge lake was created after the construction of a dam. This has flooded parts of the jungle. The result is a beautiful landscape in which rock formations rise steeply. It is the habitat of many chattering birds and screaming macaques. Enjoy the sounds and feel at one with nature.
Wake up at a very special location … Enjoy the dawn, the enormous peace and the overwhelming nature. After breakfast, you still have time to be on the lake or do one of the excursions. You will be taken back to the main land for lunch and go back to Khao Sok Paradise Resort. From here, you can continue to your next destination.
